Full job description

We are recruiting for a Receptionist/administrator to join our growing team.

We are a well-established independent Veterinary practice based in Kingsbridge. We offer a purpose-built building, excellent equipment and a friendly and supportive team

We are looking for a passionate person who is committed to providing exceptional customer service to our loyal client base. Experience as a Veterinary Receptionist is desired but not essential. Full training and support will be provided as well as subscription to British Veterinary Receptionist Association.

The Role

This is a full-time position, comprising two days of reception duties and two days of administrative duties (Tuesday -Friday), providing essential support to our management team.

Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
A professional and positive attitude
Good IT and administrative skills
Interpersonal and social skills, reliability and discretion
