About the role
Under the guidance of the Enquiry & Applicant Support Manager for Enquiries & Admissions Service, you will be required to support the delivery of a comprehensive, customer focused, integrated, cost effective and progressive enquiries & conversion provision. You will work as part of a team to develoop and maintain effective working relationships with faculties and other departments in order to provide an effective and efficient service for enquiry management and conversion activity.
You will support the Enquiry and Applicant Support Manager & Senior Officer to develop & maintain effective working relationships with faculties & other departments with a particular focus on international conversion activity
You will:
- Work effectively and collaboratively across the university particularly surrounding home & International recruitment and conversion
- Collaborate with all stakeholders both internal and external to the business in order to identify innovative and cost effective conversion activity.
- Be part of a dedicated frontline team delivering and promoting high level customer focus in order to support the prospective applicant and applicant & student journey.
- Increase conversion from enquiry to application and offer & enrolment ensuring accurate and timely information and guidance to pre and post application enquirers across a range of platforms/channels.
You will also embrace cross team working between internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely, effective and customer friendly conversion activities for all programmes. This includes working closely across Plymouth Global Directorate and collaboratively with all Faculties and other directorates.
You will have:
- An educational attainment at further education level (or demonstrable equivalent experience)
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint and databases
- Knowledge of student recruitment and admissions in Higher Education
- Understanding of ELCAS system and liaising with all stakeholders
- CRM management and ability to build reports and create meaningful dashboards for monitoring and reporting purposes
