Full job description

KEY DUTIES

Establish strong relationships with clients by communicating with them directly by phone or email
Input customer data into a database.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
Ability to design and create visually appealing advertisements
Prepare and take accountability for large batches of scorecards sent to print in the correct format
Perform other administrative tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Previous design experience
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Ability to prioitise & organize your own workload
Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal

Hours:
20 hrs per week (Part Time)
37.5 hrs per week (Part Time)

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
