New opportunity not to be missed! Vantage are lookingfor an Aftersales Manager to join our team based in Toyota Morecambe. In return you will receive a competitive salary of upto £58,000 per annum inclusive of OTE and excellent benefits!

Our passion to provide the highest quality of customer service is key in everything we do and we now have an opportunity for an experienced and customer focused Aftersales Manager to join our team at Vantage Toyota Morecambe.

About the Role

This is an exciting and challenging role. Reporting to the Centre Principal, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the aftersales team by personally demonstrating and encouraging the skills and behaviours associated with the company and manufacturer's brand values.

Customer engagement will be atthe forefront of everything you do as well as encouraging your team to deliverin a busy pressurised environment and maintaining high customer standards.

You will be responsible for allaftersales/service activity to deliver profitability and customer satisfaction,working with teams across the centre and other dealerships to provide aseamless service to customers.

This is a full time role andtypically you will be expected to work between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday toFriday, alternate Saturdays.

To be successful in this roleyou will:

Present strong management andcoaching skills gained in a similar role and environment
Possess excellentcommunication, negotiation and presentation skills
Hold the ability tomulti-task and work well in a fast-paced environment producing great results ofoutstanding customer service and selling
Hold a full clean UK drivinglicence
