Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and visionary General Manager to lead our dynamic hospitality team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service, food quality, and a vibrant guest experience. Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
Supervise and motivate staff across all departments, including food preparation, serving, barista services, and kitchen teams.
Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Coordinate food production and culinary activities to deliver quality dishes consistently.
Manage team schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated workforce.
Maintain excellent customer relations by addressing guest feedback promptly and professionally.
Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills.
Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
Background in culinary arts or hospitality management preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with food production processes, kitchen operations, and serving procedures.
Barista experience is advantageous for managing beverage services effectively.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and hospitality best practices.
