HR Business Partner – WPS

Redditch (with national travel)

Are you a HR professional who thrives on influencing leaders, driving performance, and shaping people strategies?

At WPS, we're looking for a confident and proactive HR Business Partner to play a key role in delivering impactful people solutions across our business. This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with senior leaders, support growth, and truly make a difference.

About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with leadership teams to deliver best-in-class people practices, ensuring alignment with our wider business strategy. You'll bring challenge, insight, and expertise—helping us create a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workforce.

This is a national role with travel required, giving you exposure across multiple business areas and projects.

What You'll Be Doing

Partner with senior leaders to coach, challenge and support on all people matters
Deliver key people processes, including salary and bonus reviews, ensuring data integrity
Drive performance management and talent development, supporting succession planning across the business
Lead and support business change and transformation programmes
Use data and insight to support business planning and decision-making
Create and deliver resourcing plans aligned to business needs and D&I goals
Support capability development through learning & development interventions
- ️ Manage employee relations cases effectively and consistently
✅ Ensure governance, compliance and best practice are embedded across all people processes

What We're Looking For

Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner or senior HR professional
Strong ability to influence, coach and challenge stakeholders at all levels
Experience driving change, transformation and people initiatives
Solid understanding of ER, performance management, and talent development
A data-led mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
A collaborative approach, with a passion for delivering great people outcomes
