Full job description

Job Summary

Join our team as a professional Massage Therapist dedicated to delivering exceptional relaxation and therapeutic services. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to provide customized massage treatments that promote overall well-being, reduce stress, and alleviate muscle tension. Your energetic approach will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for, inspiring them to return for ongoing wellness support. A strong foundation in anatomy knowledge and excellent communication skills are essential to ensure safe, effective, and personalized care.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to each client's needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities
Conduct thorough consultations to understand client concerns, preferences, and medical history before treatment
Maintain a clean, organized treatment area adhering to health and safety standards at all times
Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend follow-up sessions or wellness practices as appropriate
Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant notes for future reference
Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and professional standards in all aspects of service delivery
Foster a positive and energetic atmosphere that encourages client relaxation and satisfaction

Skills

Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to tailor massage techniques effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with clients and understand their individual needs
Ability to maintain professionalism while creating a lively, welcoming environment
Attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards and accurate record keeping
Flexibility to adapt treatments based on client feedback or changing needs
Certification in massage therapy from an accredited program is required; ongoing education is a plus
Passion for promoting health, wellness, and holistic healing through energetic engagement

Pay: £700.00-£1,400.00 per week
