WE'RE HIRING - VEHICLE DETAILER
We're growing and looking for someone to join the team at On Track Detailing.
This is a full-time, hands-on role working on everything from daily drivers to performance and prestige vehicles.
We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in producing exceptional work every day.
No experience is required. If you've got the right attitude, we're happy to teach you.
However, experience in valeting or detailing is a bonus, but it's not essential.
You'll be involved in:
- Safe wash techniques and decontamination
- Deep cleans
- Paint preparation
- Machine polishing and paint correction
- Ceramic coating application
- Brake caliper painting
- Underbody cleaning and protection
- Plus the opportunity to learn Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation as your skills develop
What we're looking for:
- Hard-working and reliable
- Someone who takes pride in their work and is proactive
- Willing to learn and grow within our company
- Driving License and own transport required (we are not near public transport links)
- Able to work independently
- Must be good with dogs, as our four-legged supervisors are in the workshop most days!
This role is open for people 18+
The role:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, Flexible time between 9am and 7pm), Alternative Saturdays. 1 hour Lunch
- Overtime may be available if desired.
- Employed position with holidays, pension and statutory benefits.

Salary: £26,000 to £35,000, depending on experience - Based in Reading/Wokingham (RG40 4QT)
If you become proficient in PPF you will get performance based payrises!
This isn't a job where you'll spend all day sitting around all day.
It's physical work, you must be comfortable working in hot and cold weather, getting wet from time to time and being on your feet for hours at a time.
Sometimes heavy lifting is required.
Attention to detail is everything, and high standards are expected.
