Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Qualified Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various projects. Your expertise will ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in all electrical operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse electrical tasks, utilizing your technical skills to deliver top-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment using hand tools and power tools.
Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to execute precise installations.
Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate electrical work within larger construction or maintenance projects.
Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for accountability and future reference.
Ensure all work adheres to local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Respond promptly to emergency repairs or system failures to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.

Experience

Proven experience as a qualified electrician with a strong background in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair.
Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, and voltage testers.
Skilled in operating power tools including drills, saws, and conduit benders safely and effectively.
Demonstrated knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices within the industry.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics with precision.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
Valid electrician’s license or certification as required by local regulations is highly preferred.
