Customer Team Leader

Location: The Co-operative Food, 108 - 114 Fulham Palace Road, London, W6 9PL

Pay: £15.73 per hour including London allowance

Contract: 25 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends, to be discussed at interview

Join us at our brand-new Co-op store on Fulham Palace Road, London, as a Customer Team Leader and take the next step toward managing your own store.
As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your local community. This role could involve supporting in our bakery and fresh food areas or leading online services and home delivery support. Whatever the day brings, you’ll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.

What you’ll do

Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift
Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations
Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, and in our in-store bakery, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members
Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes
Champion Co-op through community engagement and membership growth
