Paint Sprayer / Finisher – Experienced

Spencad Sprayers are looking for an experienced and reliable paint sprayer to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone confident working independently, managing projects from start to finish, and maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.

The Role

Spraying kitchens, furniture, fitted furniture, windows and doors
Preparing surfaces including sanding, masking and priming
Using professional spraying equipment and 2K coating systems
Working both on-site and in our workshop
Managing jobs independently and ensuring projects run smoothly
Communicating professionally with customers
Keeping work areas clean and organised

What We’re Looking For

Previous paint spraying experience essential
Ability to work independently and problem solve on site
High attention to detail and pride in your work
Full UK driving licence preferred
Reliable, hardworking and professional attitude
Experience in kitchen spraying or furniture finishing is an advantage
