We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Experienced Used Car Sales Administrator to join our busy automotive team. This is a key role supporting the sales department by ensuring all vehicle sales administration is completed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:30-14:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing vehicle sales documentation from point of sale through to delivery.
- Maintaining accurate stock records and vehicle files.
- Managing finance and warranty documentation.
- Liaising with customers, finance companies, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Handling customer enquiries professionally by phone, email, and in person.
- Maintaining databases and updating vehicle information on internal systems.
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience, preferably within the motor trade or automotive industry.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with dealer management systems would be advantageous.
