Walterz Entertainment Centre, Staining Road, Blackpool FY3 0AX

Working as part of the Walterz team you will be responsible for organising a wide range of events from concept to delivery. In this role the little things matter; timings, catering, technical equipment, communication with customers and stakeholders and the provision of an efficient, professional and responsive events service. Bringing a personable energy to this role you will be a key contract for all our customers.

Duties of the role:

Communication both written and verbal with customers.
Maintaining schedules, calendars and booking information on internal systems.
Coordinate activities between stakeholders, ensuring customer requests are met
Liaise with the Marketing Department, supporting the development of promotional materials.
Remain calm – you may need to resolve last minute changes to an event.
Prepare itineraries, briefing packs, reports and post event evaluation documents
Attention to detail – right first time.
