Full job description

PPC Specialist

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000

Location: Wymondham, Norfolk, hybrid working with three days per week in the office.

We are looking for a Google PPC Specialist to join our team, working within a fast paced and supportive digital marketing agency. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in managing PPC campaigns and is ready to take the next step in their career, being the lead for Google PPC services within a Paid Media team.

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering and optimising campaigns where data, testing and strategic thinking are key to success.

You will have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of accounts, from large-scale campaigns to smaller local businesses. We offer a collaborative environment that values experimentation, collaboration, communication, insight and measurable outcomes.

In this role, you will manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant platforms. You will analyse performance using GA4 and platform data to identify opportunities for improvement, and adjust bids, targeting and creative to increase efficiency and return on investment. Skills in SEO, Meta ads, Web Development or Design would be nurtured but are not essential.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with our clients' commercial objectives, while monitoring key metrics such as cost per acquisition and return on ad spend. Ongoing testing and optimisation will be a core part of your responsibilities, helping to improve conversion rates and scale campaign performance.

We are looking for someone with experience managing PPC campaigns, either in house or within an agency environment. You should be confident working with data and analytics tools such as GA4, and have a strong understanding of performance marketing principles.

A working knowledge of SEO is beneficial, along with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential as you will be working across internal teams to achieve shared goals while also communicating directly with clients.

This role is based in Wymondham, approximately a 20 minute drive from the city centre, so access to a car is required. We offer a yearly performance bonus, free gym membership and commission-based bonuses. Our regular working pattern is 9.00am to 5.00pm, with three days per week in the office.
