Experienced Vinyl Floor Layer (CIS/Self-Employed) – East Anglia
Location: East Anglia (Ipswich, Norwich, Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth, Bury St Edmunds and surrounding areas)
SMC Carpets is an established flooring contractor delivering social housing contracts across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Vinyl Floor Layers to join our team in East Anglia.
The Role
Working on occupied and void social housing properties, you’ll undertake:
- Safety vinyl flooring installations
- Level Access Shower
- Cap & cove work
- Floor preparation and latex screeding
- Responsive repairs and planned works
Requirements
- Proven experience fitting safety vinyl flooring
- High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Own van, tools and PPE
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently
- Social housing experience is preferred but not essential
