Full job description

We are looking for an excellent motivator looking to begin their career pathway within health and fitness. You will have our members best interests at heart and thrive in a team working environment. Experience working in a fitness environment is not required, but desirable.

You need level 2 Gym Instructor or Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification to apply for this role.

You will deliver member inductions and coach a variety of fitness classes.

Responsibilities:

- Teaching variety of fitness classes

- Deliver new member inductions
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

- Email replies
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed

Skills:
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Attention to detail and strong data entry skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
