Job Title: Occupational Health Advisor

Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 per annum + £2,500 on site allowance
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time or Part time
You must have previous experience as an Occupational Health Advisor, as well as an OH qualification, to be considered for this role.

Role Summary
We're excited to offer the opportunity to join our onsite team at a prestigious automotive manufacturing company in Crewe. Working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll play a key role in helping employees stay healthy, safe, and at their best.
This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You'll carry out workplace assessments, identify potential health risks, and provide expert clinical advice to support both the physical and mental wellbeing of employees.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Conducting health surveillance, pre-employment assessments, and fitness-for-work medicals
- Delivering evidence-based advice and managing occupational health cases with professionalism and compassion
- Promoting a proactive approach to workplace health, wellbeing, and injury prevention
- Managing a caseload of approximately six cases per day, ensuring every employee receives high-quality care and attention

Who Are We Looking For?
An Occupational Health qualification is essential for this role
You will need to be a Registered General Nurse with previous experience as an Occupational Health Advisor.
Current NMC Registration
You will need to be a proactive, friendly and professional person who is confident managing their own workload.
The role also involves travelling to clinics, so a full UK driving license is a must.
