Full job description

Bryce & Co is a growing independent estate agency operating across Pembrokeshire and West Wales. We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded individual to join our team and play an important role in generating new business and supporting the continued growth of the company.

This is a varied, mobile role suited to someone energetic, confident and self-motivated. You will spend significant time travelling throughout the area, attending appointments, prospecting, meeting clients and working remotely from different locations, with a mixture of home working where appropriate.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, as regular commuting forms a major part of the position.

Previous experience in sales, business development, prospecting and winning new business is essential. Estate agency experience would be beneficial but is not required for candidates with a strong sales background and a proven ability to generate and convert opportunities.

The Role

You will work closely with the Director and wider team to develop new business, grow our market presence and contribute to the marketing of Bryce & Co across West Wales.

Responsibilities include:

Generating new business through cold calling, networking, door knocking, social media, online research and direct prospecting.
Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospective clients through our CRM system.
Following up leads, valuations and potential sellers to convert opportunities into instructions.
Attending client appointments and properties across Pembrokeshire and West Wales.
Presenting the Bryce & Co service confidently and demonstrating how our approach differs from traditional estate agency.
Maintaining accurate records of activity, opportunities and follow-ups within the CRM.
Working towards agreed business development, instruction and revenue targets.
Identifying new areas and opportunities to increase market share.
Contributing ideas for property marketing, social media and digital content.
Keeping up to date with the local property market and competitor activity.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in a target-driven sales or business development role.
Able to demonstrate success in prospecting and winning new business.
Confident making outbound calls and approaching prospective clients.
Experienced using CRM software to manage leads and a sales pipeline.
Highly organised and capable of managing their own diary and workload.
Personable, professional and able to build rapport quickly.
Resilient, determined and comfortable working towards targets.
Creative and willing to bring new ideas to the business.
Comfortable working independently while remaining part of a small team.
Confident using social media, with on-camera experience advantageous.
