Key Responsibilities

As a B2C Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in planning and executing customer marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You'll work closely with digital, ecommerce, retail, commercial, and creative teams to deliver marketing activity that supports business growth.

Key responsibilities include:
Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated B2C marketing campaigns.
Develop engaging content across email, social media, website, and in-store marketing.
Support promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and product launches.
Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insight-led recommendations for continuous improvement.
Analyse customer data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Help maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Support local marketing initiatives for stores across the UK.
Skills and Experience

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial awareness.

You'll ideally have:
Experience in a B2C marketing role, ideally within retail, automotive, ecommerce, or consumer brands.
Strong campaign management and project coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using email marketing platforms and social media channels.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance data.
A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confidence building relationships with stakeholders across the business.
