Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Self Employed Marketer & Administrator to support the operational and promotional activities of our organisations. This role allows you to manage your own schedule while delivering essential administrative and marketing functions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office & design tools and software.

This position is paid and suitable for individuals seeking freelance or self-employed work opportunities.

The role will cover four businesses within one group of companies, so the work will be varied and not all desk based. A full driving license is required.

The successful candidate will become the right-hand person to a successful entrepreneur, therefore, they will be willing to turn their hand to anything in return for excellent opportunities and development.

Duties

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services or products across various channels.
Create marketing campaigns across four businesses, develop content plans, create content, and maintain content calendar within Hubspot.
Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor engagement metrics to provide monthly reports. Work with 3rd parties where necessary.
Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, and maintaining organised records.
Utilise Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to prepare reports, invoices, and correspondence.
Respond professionally to phone enquiries, schedule appointments, and manage client communications with excellent phone etiquette.
Coordinate with external vendors or clients as required to facilitate smooth operations.
Maintain a high level of organisation in all tasks to ensure deadlines are met effectively.

Requirements

Proven office experience with strong organisational skills.
Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), and QuickBooks.
Experience with Hubspot would be an advantage.
Experience with administrative support
Excellent computer skills with the ability to adapt to new software tools quickly.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Good phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Prior experience in marketing or administrative roles is desirable but not essential.
Driving License
