We are seeking a smart, highly switched-on Digital Marketeer who has great business vision, creative flair, and the technical skills to drive actual, high-quality enquiries.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Website & Conversion Optimisation: Taking control of our website, testing new landing pages, and constantly improving the user experience so that visitors convert into solid leads.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Writing engaging blog posts, optimising our search rankings, and managing our local SEO to ensure we are the go-to choice in the Midlands.
- Performance Marketing: Setting up and managing sharp, localised campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Creative Marketing: Designing and launching simple, professional downloadable resources, cost calculators, and digital lead magnets that attract high-value homeowners.
