Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, delivering exceptional service to our diverse customer base. Your energetic approach will help build strong relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure every customer feels valued and understood. Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish and English, is highly preferred to connect with our global community. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your communication skills, assist customers through various channels, and contribute to a positive brand experience.

Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution while maintaining a friendly and energetic demeanor
Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions, update account information, and document issues in our CRM system
Engage in active analysis of customer needs to identify opportunities for upselling relevant products or services that enhance their experience
Communicate clearly and effectively in both Spanish and English to serve a diverse clientele
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues efficiently and improve overall service quality
Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or related roles with strong data entry skills
Multilingual ability with fluency in Spanish and English; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions
Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and identify upselling opportunities
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Prior experience with CRM software or similar data management tools is a plus
