Experience: Bar and waiting: 5 years hospitality / management experience - ESSENTIAL

Location: Brisley NR20 5DW - between Fakenham & Dereham

What do we want from you?

Hospitality managerial experience essential - or ready to move to the next level, having worked full time for 5 years within the industry.
Evidence of administrative and IT skills.
Excellent cellar knowledge with the ability to lift and rack barrels & kegs, also line cleaning.
Understanding of the daily operations of the bar and cleanliness.
Knowledge of compliance with Health & Safety.
Understanding of stock & ordering.
Having a good relationship with our suppliers & contractors.
Good understanding of Margins.
Create innovative drink menus, align guest preference with knowledge of food and drinks pairing.
A clear understanding of high service standards.
Ability to deal with pressurised situations in a calm and confident manner.
You’ll be an enthusiastic and proficient leader.
You'll be great at using your initiative.
You’ll be organised and punctual.

The Brisley Bell is a busy, fast paced and customer focused award-winning pub. Our team work hard to ensure every customer enjoys their time with us. Our Front of House staff are friendly and conscientious; they take pride in the service and experience we offer and need to be lead by a strong and confident manager.This is an opportunity to work in a busy pub with some lovely customers and be part of a friendly team developing skills, gaining great experience and with the chance to learn and develop your career, should you so wish.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
