We are looking for an exceptional Retail Operations Manager to help take our retail offer to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Retail Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running and strategic development of our retail operation.
You will:
- Develop and deliver an ambitious retail strategy
- Lead, inspire and coach the retail team
- Create an exceptional customer experience
- Drive innovation and bring fresh ideas to the business
- Manage rotas and budgets
- Ensure excellent operational standards
- Champion food safety, health and safety, and compliance
- Work closely with the wider management team to achieve business goals
