Full job description

Kennedys is seeking a Litigation Assistant to support complex liability and injury cases, with a focus on employers' and public liability. You'll work on a varied caseload, apply strong analytical skills, and help deliver high‑quality outcomes for our clients.

This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail‑driven, and confident managing multiple tasks while building strong client relationships.

About the Team

Our international team advises insurers, government bodies, and large self‑insured organisations on all aspects of employers' liability. We handle everything from fast‑track claims to severe injury matters, including multi‑defendant and professional indemnity issues.

We focus on practical, efficient solutions and use innovative technology developed through our in‑house R&D capability and award‑winning product suite.

Case Types

Mixed‑value, non‑volume claims up to high multi‑track
EL/PL
SME insureds
Food, leisure, retail
Defective premises/property
Motor, casualty, catastrophic injury
Product liability
Housing and discrimination

Required experience

2+ years' personal injury experience in a Paralegal role*
Defendant PI experience (preferred)
Experience assisting on high multi‑track defence work
Confident client communication
Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
