About Upholstery2u

At Upholstery2u, we specialise in professional on-site upholstery repair and refurbishment services for commercial clients across the UK. From healthcare and hospitality to leisure, education, and workplace environments, we help businesses extend the life of their furniture with minimal disruption through our fast, mobile repair service.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, people-focused Partnership & Account Manager to join our team.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with people, and being commercially driven.

This role combines new business development with account management, meaning no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for generating new opportunities, introducing businesses to our services, and building strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.

If you’re confident on the phone, naturally good at building rapport, enjoy working towards targets, and love the idea of being rewarded for your success through commission, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Growing New Business

Reaching out to prospective customers by phone, email, and follow-up activity.
Introducing businesses to Upholstery2u and explaining how our services can help them.
Identifying decision-makers and creating new sales opportunities.
Following up enquiries, quotations, and previous conversations.
Re-engaging inactive customers and bringing them back on board.
Building a strong sales pipeline and converting opportunities into business.

Looking After Existing Customers

Building strong relationships with our regular customers.
Keeping in regular contact to maintain engagement and repeat business.
Understanding customer needs and identifying additional opportunities to support them.
Carrying out account reviews and spotting opportunities for upselling or additional services.
Acting as a trusted point of contact for your accounts.

Sales & Performance

Working towards monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Helping drive revenue growth across both new and existing accounts.
Making the most of our monthly commission scheme through strong performance.

Keeping Things Organised

Updating our CRM with customer activity, notes, quotations, and opportunities.
Preparing quotations and supporting customer proposals where needed.
Keeping management updated on progress and pipeline activity.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

Confident and friendly on the phone
Naturally good at building relationships
Motivated by targets and earning commission
Organised and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
Proactive, positive, and self-motivated
Commercially aware and comfortable spotting sales opportunities
Professional, approachable, and customer-focused

Experience We’d Love to See

Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, or a similar customer-facing commercial role
Experience making outbound sales calls
Confidence handling objections and closing opportunities
Experience using CRM systems
B2B sales or service-based sales experience would be a bonus
