Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and organised Office Junior Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career or looking to gain experience in an office environment.

Working hours: 8am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Answering telephone calls and greeting visitors
Filing, scanning, shredding, laminating
Managing emails and general correspondence
Ordering office supplies / materials
Opening post
Providing administrative support to the wider team
Setting up new enquiries
PPE stock take
Carrying out general office duties as required

What we're looking for

Basic computer skills, including Mircrosoft Office.
Some knowledge of the building trade would be advantageous.
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
Previous office experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Wages are negotiable depending on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
