We are hiring an E-commerce Technical Growth Manager who will own the technical performance of our online stores. You will be responsible for Shopify management, CRO, SEO basics, Klaviyo flow setup, landing page building, product listings, technical troubleshooting, analytics setup, and funnel optimisation.
You will work across three growing e-commerce brands, each with different products, audiences, campaigns, and commercial priorities. This role requires someone who can move between brands confidently and prioritise based on revenue, conversion rate, customer acquisition, and growth opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone with strong Shopify and Ads experience who wants to make a measurable impact on conversion rate, AOV, retention, tracking accuracy, and website performance. and works on their own
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Management & Technical Ownership
- Manage and update all Shopify products, listings, variants, metafields, and collections
- Fix technical site issues including shipping, checkout logic, tagging, and PDP errors
- Improve site structure, navigation, and mobile responsiveness
- Manage app integrations including bundles, reviews, upsells, subscriptions, and tracking tools
- Implement SEO fundamentals (titles, meta descriptions, alt tags, URLs, schema basics)
- Ensure TikTok Shop, Meta, and Pinterest integrations are functioning
CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
- Analyse funnel performance and identify drop-off points
- Build landing pages using PageFly, GemPages, or Shogun
- Optimise PDP layout, content blocks, and sections
- Run A/B tests on landing pages, PDPs, and key elements
- Improve site speed and mobile UX
Klaviyo Flows & Email Setup
- Build, update, and refine automated flows
- Improve segmentation, deliverability, and lifecycle flows
- Set up pop-ups and onsite capture tools
- Collaborate with marketing on email campaign builds
- Integrate Shopify, TikTok Shop, reviews, and loyalty apps into flows
Paid Ads & Performance Marketing
Manage, monitor, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
Support campaign setup, product feeds, tracking links, UTMs, pixels, conversion events, landing pages, and promotional pages.
Review paid ads performance alongside Shopify, GA4, Triple Whale, and platform dashboards to identify what is working, what is wasting spend, and where budget should be increased, reduced, or paused.
Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, AOV, new customer acquisition, and revenue.
Support Google Ads activity including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, branded search, competitor search, keyword structure, search terms, and product feeds.
Support Meta Ads activity including prospecting, retargeting, Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns, creative testing, audience testing, and catalogue ads.
Support TikTok Ads activity including TikTok Shop ads, Spark Ads, GMV Max, product campaigns, creator content, and campaign performance.
Work closely with the founder to improve paid ads performance through better landing pages, product pages, offers, bundles, email capture, tracking accuracy, and funnel optimisation. To improve paid ads, website performance, conversion rate, email flows, and revenue growth.
Ensure campaigns are focused on profitable growth, new customer acquisition, and revenue, not just traffic.
Analytics & Tracking
- Manage all tracking and pixel setups for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and GA4
- Ensure UTM structure is correct and reliable
- Monitor attribution consistency in Triple Whale
- Build dashboards or reporting templates for funnel metrics
- Maintain accurate data flow between platforms
Technical SEO (E-commerce SEO)
- Improve collection structure
- Update meta data across products
- Add schema for products and reviews
- Ensure clean URL structure
- Improve internal linking
Required Skills & Experience
- Shopify experience (theme editing, product structure, metafields)
- Understanding of e-commerce CRO
- Experience with Klaviyo flows
- Basic understanding of SEO for e-commerce
- Experience with landing page builders
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
- Understanding of analytics (GA4, Shopify, Triple Whale)
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues quickly
