Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented E-Commerce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, maintaining accurate product listings, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong IT proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal applicant will have prior sales administration experience and be comfortable working with various software tools to support our e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily management of online sales channels, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
Utilise CRM software to track customer interactions, order statuses, and sales data.
Maintain organised records using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Process orders efficiently and handle customer enquiries via email or phone with professionalism.
Assist in updating website content and product descriptions using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint as needed.
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders and manage stock levels.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to order processing and reporting.
Monitor website performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of data accuracy.

Experience

Proven experience in sales administration or e-commerce support roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office tools.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Sage or similar platforms.
Experience working with IT systems related to e-commerce operations.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Previous experience using computer literacy skills to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
Customer service experience is highly desirable, demonstrating a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
