Job Title: Pest Control Technician - Sheffield/North of Sheffield

Location: Sheffield/North of Sheffield
Starting salary: from £27,500.00 per annum + commission
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

With over 30 years experience, we specialise in all forms of commercial and residential pest control, bird control and specialist environmental services.

Role Overview:
Join our team as a Pest Control Technician and help us protect our customer's homes and business from pests. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing quality pest control services. If you are enthusiastic, ambitious, self-motivated, well organised, reliable and trustworthy, please get in touch.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate the smooth running of the business through the treatment of pest infections on commercial, residential and government properties.
Primarily the Pest Control Technician will travel to various premises within a designated geographical area to inspect premises, report on pest levels and organise / undertake treatment programs.

Main Duties:

Inspect customer premises and report on status of premises on levels of pest infection.
Organise and undertake a program of treatments to control pests.
Write reports on all inspections undertaken to include details of treatment.
Undertake minor proofing works to prevent pest infection.
Sell new and additional work as opportunities arise.
Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

Person Specification:

Have a full valid UK driving licence.
Competent written & verbal communication skills
Excellent communication skills and be confident dealing with customers at all levels
Ability to work on your own initiative
Knowledge/Interest of common household pests and their behaviours.
Physical stamina to handle equipment and perform treatments in various environments
