We have a fantastic opportunity for a Production Operator to join our expanding team of 90 group staff. This role is based in our card manufacturing department, running machines that print, manufacture, and fulfill plastic cards at high speeds, and can match and attach cards to letters and carriers, inserting into envelopes and mailing. Some of the requirements are automated with machines, some are required to be fulfilled by hand.

Job description:
Production & Fulfillment
· Operating card manufacturing and fulfillment/packaging machines to manufacture, personalise, attach, fulfill and mail cards. This involves entry level data handling to set up machine data, keeping machines running and stocked with components, running daily schedules and checking orders in line with all QC processes. Also, setting up and running jobs using custom made foil printing machines.
· Picking and dispatch of orders for same day dispatch
· Preparation for dispatch of custom item orders as specified on job sheet e.g. counting, banding, shrink-wrapping and labelling
· Using third party Courier Systems to book dispatches and checking each order in line with QC practices
· Storage of goods in a tidy, organised and logical order
· Labelling of stock for clear identification
· Prepare branded product stock repacking as required
· Carry out regular Stock Checks in accordance with current company policy
