At WISKA UK Ltd, we've been powering the UK's electrical wholesale industry for over 26 years. Since 2000, we've built a reputation for delivering outstanding products and exceptional customer service, supported by a dedicated team of almost 60 colleagues and a nationwide network.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and proactive Technical Sales Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied role where you'll become a key source of product knowledge, support our sales team, and help shape the way we present and develop our product offering.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Technical Sales Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting both our customers and colleagues by:

Providing day-to-day support, technical guidance and product training to members of the sales team.
Managing customer quotations, ensuring the correct products are specified and quotations meet customer requirements.
Following up quotations with customers and colleagues to maximise opportunities and deliver excellent customer service.
Carrying out product research and supporting the ongoing development of our product range alongside internal teams and customers.
Keeping up to date with market trends, new technologies and competitor activity.
Attending industry exhibitions and events to gather market insights, identify new opportunities and support the wider team with product knowledge gained.
Preparing reports as requested by management.
Maintaining accurate product information, technical documentation and product records.
Working collaboratively across departments to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.
As well as the day-to-day administration and telephone calls.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
Interested in technical products and keen to continually develop their knowledge.
A confident communicator who enjoys supporting and developing others.
Analytical with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems.
Curious about market trends and always looking for ways to improve.
A positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively.

Previous experience in product support, sales support, technical coordination or the electrical industry would be an advantage, but we're equally interested in candidates with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

Working Hours & Holidays

We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, which is why we offer:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm (start your weekend early!)
All Bank Holidays off.
Christmas shutdown, giving you extra time to relax and enjoy the festive season.
