Blairgowrie Roads Depot
The Roads Maintenance Partnership are looking for a dynamic and motivated team player to join our road maintenance team.
As part of the wider team, you will undertake activities which assist and support colleagues in carrying out a range of statutory duties across Perth and Kinross including database management, minute taking, issuing letters, data entry for costings e.g. timesheets and invoices, responding to emails and telephone calls. This is a front-line post dealing directly with members of the public at all levels.

The successful applicants should posses previous minute taking experience, good keyboard skills with experience of using Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel, oral and written communication skills. Inter-personal skills and the ability to work to deadlines and multi-task are also key within this role.
We would expect you to be able to communicate effectively with professionals and members of the public in a polite and courteous manner, dealing with sensitive and confidential matters appropriately.
