Mortgage Administrator/ Paraplanner

Location: Camberley – office based

Hours: 30 to 37.5 hours per week (flexible for the right candidate)

Salary: £24,000 to £30,000 (depending on hours)

About Us

We are an established mortgage and protection brokerage with an excellent reputation for providing outstanding client service. Our business continues to grow, and we're looking for an experienced administrator who enjoys being part of a friendly, supportive team where quality and customer service come first.

Working hours are flexible by agreement; however, the successful candidate will need to be available during our core business hours, and the role is fully office-based.

The Role

This is a varied role supporting our mortgage advisers and helping clients through one of the most important financial decisions they'll make.

Responsibilities include:

Managing mortgage and protection applications from submission through to completion.
Liaising with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and clients.
Chasing outstanding documentation.
Keeping clients updated throughout the application process.
Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system.
Providing administrative support to advisers.
General office administration and client care.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous administration experience within mortgages, insurance, financial services, banking, estate agency or conveyancing.
Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Can manage multiple cases and prioritise effectively.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Enjoys providing exceptional customer service.
Is confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Works well independently and as part of a small team.

Mortgage administration experience would be highly desirable, although we would also consider candidates with transferable experience from related industries.
