Key Responsibilities and Duties:

We are seeking hard-working and motivated individuals to join our dynamic Surface Mount team at CIL. The position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent team-work and the ability to handle various tools and equipment.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly of electronic components using modern Surface Mount Technology, contributing to the overall production process within our manufacturing environment.

Whilst Surface Mount experience is very beneficial, we are keen to hear from people who have transferable machine operating or production experience within Electronics Manufacturing or similar.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
Previous machine operation experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team & follow instructions
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
Surface mount experience is desirable
Strong computer literacy
Previous use of hand tools, microscopes or machinery would be advantageous

Experience working in Electronics or an industry qualification is beneficial.
