We are a Food To Go Company based outside of Newry . Due to the development of a new growth strategy for the business we wish to recruit the following position: -

Business Development Manager

The role is a standalone position to create sales opportunities to sell the company products and maintaining indefinite sales post the initial contract and growing the business into new accounts. To develop strategies to grow the business, and other methods to create pipelines for business in the food service and retail sectors.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Maintaining the sales activity

· Overseeing the quality served to customers

· Ensuring that every customer sale is maximised

· Responsible for the planning of sales activity

· Responsible for the growth of new business

· To consider new & different approaches to sell products

· Support the owner with implementing change in line with company growth

· Understanding customer need and develop a sales plan

· Work with customer to develop the incumbent sales

· Plan towards sole supply options for customers

· Representing the business at a professional level at all times

Qualifications and Skills

Required

· Proven work experience in sales / client services

· Previous experience in sales planning

· Knowledge of Northern Ireland geography

Full Driving licence
