Full Circle Brew Co, located in Hoults Yard gives drinkers the full experience as you indulge your tastebuds in fresh beer and gaze through the glass-fronted taproom admiring the shiny vessels making up their 30 HL brewery.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Pizza Chef. We have a wood fired pizza oven and the candidate will be required to make pizzas and sides to accompany our beers in our busy taproom. The job will be between 30-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

The role requires:

Preparing pizza dough & ingredients
Ordering all equipment and ingredients
Rolling out and topping pizzas with ingredients, as per recipes
Developing new specials
Cooking pizzas in our wood-fired oven
Ensuring countertops are kept clean and tidy and maintaining oven and cooking utensils
Adhering to all H&S / compliance requirements
Coordinating with management & bar staff

A pizza chef requires the following skills:

Knowledge of ingredients, recipes and pizza-making process
Ability to perform pizza-making duties without supervision
Ability to use pizza ovens
Reliability, professionalism and speed
Organizational skills
Communication and interpersonal skills
Team spirit
Ability to work under pressure in a hectic work environment
Flexibility and willingness to work shifts, weekends and evenings

Work Remotely
