Server - 21 Restaurant

We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Server to join 21 Hospitality at our flagship restaurant, 21, on Newcastle's Quayside.

Our Company
21 Hospitality has been operating restaurants for the past 38 years and we have gained an excellent reputation for producing great food for our loyal customer base.

You will be part of a team working with an established group of 180 employees across the group, providing a consistent product to an exceptional level each day, serving guests in a comfortable environment to an exacting standard.

21's cooking is big on flavour and short on fuss. We're talking about a style which embraces the seasons and where the ingredients are king. Expect to find stylish, imaginative dishes - which don't pander to fads of fashion.......and still have room for a pudding. The Person
As a Server you will work closely with the management team, you will assist with the day-to-day procedures of the restaurant and have excellent opportunity for personal development. You will receive comprehensive menu and service training

The successful candidate will have,

Great people skills.
Immaculate oersonal presentation
Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress within a quality restaurant
Eagerness to ‘roll their sleeves up and get stuck in’
Passion for hospitality and food, along with the eagerness to continually learn
Good command of English
A strong work ethic
Drive and ambition to progress their career in a quality restaurant group
