Early Help Co-ordinator

We are looking to recruit and Early Help Co-ordinator, you will be based in one of our locality teams and work alongside a range of partners (health, eduaction, housing and other agencies) so they can succesfully lead and manage Early Help Assessments and Team Around the Family (TAF) meetings where cases may be stuck and complex in an attempt to prevent them from escalating wherevenr it is safe to do so.

You will be responsible for supporting the use of the Early Help Assessment with both internal and external partners. This will include the quality assurance of Early Help Assessments and data, and tracking the assessments that are being submitted by partners. This may also include liaising with families.

You will deliver training to partners regarding the use of the Early Help Assessment and have a good understanding of the Early Help Pathway.

This exciting opportunity has arisen for someone who is keen, enthusiastic and dynamicto support partner agencies and internal teams, to help deliver early help at the earliest opportunity.
