What You’ll Be Doing
Your focus is entirely on opportunity, connection, and relationship-building. As the initial voice and representation of Echo-U, you will be initiating the conversations that drive our future partnerships.
- Conversations, Not Scripts: You’ll be reaching out to and speaking with businesses of all shapes and sizes, from ambitious startups and local small businesses to enterprise giants.
- Uncovering Potential: Your goal is to understand their worlds, ask great questions, and figure out how Echo-U’s expertise can help them deliver excellent customer service solutions.
- Diverse Exposure: One day you might be talking to a small business owner looking for support to scale their customer service, the next a fashion brand director or a university dean.
Who We Are Looking For
This role is about your character. While any prior exposure to KPIs, sales, marketing, or customer service is a brilliant benefit, it is not essential. We are looking for potential, not a polished corporate resume.
