Qorali is expanding, and we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Newcastle team and take ownership of a warm, active desk with multiple live roles from day one. This is a full 360 position combining business development, client relationship management, and candidate delivery - perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Running a full 360 desk: business development, client management, and candidate resourcing
Taking over a hot desk with active roles and established clients
Building long‑term partnerships with high‑growth companies
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer
Working closely with leadership and benefiting from a structured mentoring programme
Representing Qorali at international conferences and client events
