Full job description

Peak Test Services Ltd is seeking to appoint a Marketing Assistant to help maintain and grow our portfolio of loyal customers. Hours and pay negotiable.

Peak Test is a small office in the heart of Chester-Le-Street, with very friendly, long serving employees.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, intelligent, hardworking and pro-active.

Duties

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)
Monitor and analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
Manage and maintain the company's website and social media platforms
Track and report on key marketing metrics
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practice
Content creation
Willing to accompany staff to exhibitions
Duties above for two companies (Peak Test & Peak Production)
Travel to head office as required

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, SEO, social media management, etc.)
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational and project management skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Working Hours:

Hours: 24 hours per week - Hours Negotiable

Salary:

Competitive & negotiable – Based on experience.
