Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fabric Print CNC Cutting Operative to join our production team. This is a hands-on role working with a variety of materials and specialist equipment within a fast-paced print environment.
The right person will be someone who enjoys a challenge, can deal with multiple tasks at the same time whilst prioritising multiple requests efficiently.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring printed products are accurately cut, organised, and prepared for the sewing department to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating CNC cutting equipment (including Zünd cutters)
Carrying out quality control checks to ensure all work meets required standards
Organising and preparing cut work for the next stage of production
Identifying and communicating any potential issues with jobs or artwork
Equipment & Training
You will primarily work with Zünd CNC cutters. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Working Hours
8:00am – 5:00pm

Good attention to detail and organisational skills are critical to this position.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills, particularly when identifying issues
Basic IT skills
Good numeracy and literacy
Experience
No previous experience is required — full training will be provided. However, experience in print production, manufacturing, or operating machinery would be advantageous.

Pay: £22,600.00-£26,500.00 per year
