Are you a passionate and experienced coach? Shropshire Adventures, a well-established Equestrian Centre & Outdoor Adventure Centre is looking for a dynamic, fun and friendly individual to join our team.
About the Role- As an equine coach at Shropshire Adventures, you’ll:
Deliver engaging, safe, and progressive riding lessons to all levels (children & adults.)
Lead scenic hacks through our stunning local countryside.
Support the development of riders and students from beginners to advanced levels.
Maintain high welfare standards for our horses and ponies.
Prepare and run engaging stable management sessions following the BHS Changing Lives Through Horses Programme.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience teaching a variety of riders in both flatwork and jumping (or a willingness to learn)Minimum BHS Stage 2 Teach Preferred. A fun, enthusiastic team player with a positive, can-do attitude!
