Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (Term time only)

The Role
We are seeking a passionate English Teacher to join our supportive and collaborative team. You will teach up to GCSE level and may occasionally cover other subjects where required. We offer small supportive learning groups designed to meet individual needs and re-engage learners.
This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, innovative, and committed to making a real difference in the lives of young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach students aged 11–16 across a range of abilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Assess, record, and report on student progress
- Communicate effectively with parents/carers
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Contribute to curriculum planning and enrichment activities (e.g. trips)
- Participate in staff meetings and school duties

Teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.
