What You’ll Be Doing
You will represent established clients through face-to-face customer interactions in residential areas.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Speaking directly with customers
- Building rapport and creating positive conversations
- Explaining products, services and available offers
- Understanding customer needs and answering questions
- Working towards individual and team performance goals
- Developing your communication and sales skills through regular coaching
- Representing clients professionally
This is a field-based, customer-facing position, so you should be comfortable being out and about and speaking with a wide range of people.

Earnings & Performance
This is a self-employed, commission-based position.
- Uncapped commission
- Performance-based incentives
- Typical OTE of £25,000–£35,000+
- Higher earnings available for consistent performers
- No fixed salary or guaranteed income
Your earnings are based on your individual sales performance.
