JOB TITLE – Fitness Consultant
DEPARTMENT –Leisure
CONTRACT TYPE – Full Time
HOURS OF WORK – 37.5 hours
SHIFT DETAILS – 5 days out of 7
LOCATION - Newport, NP18 1HQ

OVERVIEW -
Join the ‘Greatest Story in Hospitality’ by becoming one of our Fitness Consultants ‘Hospitality Heroes’ based at our Celtic Manor Resort - just one of the fantastic opportunities we offer from ‘Manor to Marina’.

OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
A minimum Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (essential)
A passion for fitness, wellbeing, and exceptional customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
Deliver a first-class experience for all members and guests
Design personalised training programmes to help individuals reach their fitness goals
Conduct regular motivational sessions, keeping clients engaged and inspired
Provide expert tuition and advice, maintaining the highest standards at all times
Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every visit is enjoyable
