Due to rapid growth within our Exterior Cleaning Division, Bell Cleaning is looking to recruit a Specialist Exterior Building Cleaning Operative to join our expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and physically fit individual who enjoys working outdoors, learning specialist skills, and being part of a growing business. Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
About the Role
As a Specialist Exterior Building Cleaning Operative, you will carry out a variety of specialist cleaning services on commercial and industrial properties. Duties will include:
- Cladding cleaning
- External window cleaning
- Operating and working with access equipment
- High-level exterior building cleaning
- Supporting specialist cleaning projects nationwide
- Working towards becoming a certified drone cleaning pilot
This is a hands-on role offering excellent development opportunities within an innovative and expanding division.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be:
- Physically fit due to physically demanding work
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willing to learn new skills and undertake specialist training
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible regarding travel and occasional overnight stays away from home
Essential Requirements
- Good level of physical fitness
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential if you wish to make it optional)
- Ability to work at height following training and safety procedures
- Willingness to stay away from home occasionally when projects require
