The Role

As a Porter, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and seamless experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Assist guests with luggage and room orientation.
Welcome guests upon arrival and provide assistance as required.
Support reception and concierge teams.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest-facing areas.
Deliver items and amenities to guest rooms.
Provide excellent service and local knowledge to guests.

About You

Friendly, professional, and guest-focused.
Excellent communication skills.
Well-presented with a positive attitude.
Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.
