Key Responsibilities

Contact customers to discuss outstanding accounts and agree affordable payment solutions.
Negotiate positive outcomes while delivering excellent customer service.
Manage customer accounts professionally and accurately.
Work within FCA, GDPR and company compliance standards.
Achieve individual and team performance targets.

We're Looking For

Excellent communication skills.
A positive attitude and resilient mindset.
Motivation to achieve targets and succeed.
Good IT and organisational skills.
A professional and reliable approach.
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales is beneficial but not essential.

Pay & Benefits

During Training

£14.00 per hour + £1.00 per hour Training Supplement (for the first 3 months)
Uncapped commission

After Successful Completion of Training

£15.00–£25.00 per hour
Uncapped commission
